JOIN OUR DEDICATED AND PASSIONATE TEAM
Our Colleagues Are the Lifeblood of Our Organisation!
Every day, our colleagues across G4S Community dedicate themselves to helping build safer communities by supporting people to build lives free from offending, substance and alcohol misuse.
Working with us means you’ll be supporting some of society’s most vulnerable and hardest to reach people. Some may only need a little help whereas others need a lot. Our work is hugely varied and no day is ever the same but that’s what we enjoy the most!
We’re looking for like minded individuals with aligned values who believe in treating people as individuals first and foremost and want to join us in our mission to build safer communities for everyone.
Our Approach

Experience tells us that before a person is able to move away from a lifestyle underpinned by trauma or negative experiences, they must first achieve stability.
Our colleagues across our services tailor their support in line with our approach of first building stability, which makes space for change and finally builds the resilience to move towards a healthy, sustainable way of life.
